Eleven new tracks and, unusually, a traditional song make up this dozen from Mike Raine. Kathy Hickey (whistle), Bailey Tambling (alto sax), Matt Ives and Kevin Reagan (kit), and Jane Raine (vocals) make guest appearances. The CD also has the usual Keith Farwell/Mike Raine collaboration (sex and war).

All tracks (except scarborough fair, of course) were written in 2004, and recorded at audio illusion during the course of the year.

Mike plays guitars, bass and keyboards as well as looking after all the programming.
